Shogun

The recent waves of ramen in Toronto downtown have moved its way up north to Richmond Hill!

Shogun is located on Yonge Street just north of Major Mackenzie in Richmond Hill. It is quite difficult to spot the restaurant…just look for the place with a big red door/window.
There isn’t a convenient parking outside the restaurant either, you would have to park at a nearby plaza where pizza pizza and other local convenience stores are located (looks kinda sketchy parking there too).

Shogun is a small ramen place with a LCD tv and a bar lounge. I think they are operated by Koreans.
We ordered the Shoyu Ramen and the Miso Ramen
To be honest, there wasn’t a significant difference in the two. Noodles were good but I tend to like more chewy noodles. The pork belly and eggs were alright too; not the best. For uptown, I guess this is the closest that you can get but I would rather have ramen downtown.
